It serves the purpose but don't expect them to last too long.
I only gave it four stars because it is a five-star device for 3- 6 months or so. But then they wear out and the phone starts losing contact at the swivel in these connectors. So this time I bought 10!

very easy to use, but they don't last long before they get static. good thing there are 10 in a pack.

it works!!
I bought them for the office but I was not convinced they would work. I was willing to lose the money. I stand corrected. It works like a charm. All cords at the office are now detangled. It is a pleasure to pick up the phone.

They don't last very long
They only last a couple of weeks before you get static again and you need to replace it.

Connected just fine and hope my co-workers lik the fact the hand set cords keep from noting up and are useable again
