The product arrived in new condition and really looks like something from the future (fitting since I received it on Back to the Future Future Day-lol). The foam is nice and think and the plastic inside the rollers is strong. The product information in the box said it's rated for over 501 lbs. I am less than half that, but it does hold up. I feel very uncoordinated when using the roller, so maybe some of my review is more about me having difficulties than the roller itself. I think a stronger person could do the exercises easier. I also have tendonitis in both my arms so many of the exercises are nearly impossible for me since you have to hold yourself up while doing some of the exercises. The bi-fold manual is nice. It's in color and the exercises are easy to follow. There is great detail in the instructions so anyone could take them step by step to attempt the exercises. I think this is a great idea, because you get two rollers in one. You can use 1/2 the roller or twist them together for a longer roller. That makes it versatile! BUT no matter how tight I put them together, they kept coming slightly un-tightened during exercise. It didn't seem to effect using the item, but it drove me crazy and I had to keep stopping to tighten them. I am on round two of my new exercise program so I will keep using these to help with sore muscles. With time, I hope to get better at using them.

Love this foam roller, but it takes some getting used to if you've been using the softer types before. This is very firm, so less reps on it, and taking it slower has helped me.

Great idea, but implementation of connecting systems is somewhat lacking. The screws keep on getting jammed, it seems they don't quite line up exactly.

This roller does everything the more expensive one in my gym does. The two pieces that screw together are quite handy. Overall I'm quite pleased with this product.

Great roller. Love how you can have it small or large. It's not too hard, and feels great on my hamstrings. I would recommend this product.

The end caps prevent this from cracking like the last one I bought plus you get 2 best buy ever.

It's a bit harder than anticipated, but does a good job of relaxing stretched, achy muscles after exercising.
