So, to lay it down as detailed as I can, I want to touch on some things that most of us are asking when looking for this. I use this headset for my job at a call center and have had zero issues so far with it. If anything happens in the future, I’ll be sure to update and check with support but they’ve been extremely responsive with questions I’ve asked so far. Audio Quality: The quality is considerably better than the headset provided by my job which speaks words considering how audio quality is a must for us. The quality is extremely good but I have yet to test it with music as it’s not my intentional use. My ringtone for my phone sounds pretty good as well (bass isn’t the main point here). Noise Cancellation: Little to no background noise comes through that ear and to be fair, it isn’t perfect as it only covers one ear but it does the job for isolating audio to the ear and making it extremely clear for the headset. Microphone Quality: Little to no background noise with the dual mic system and extremely high quality audio microphone. I’ve not had to clarify what I was saying to a customer nor anyone I’ve been on a call with since purchase. The microphone swivels 90 degrees both front and back to allow you to use it on either ear which is nice for if you manage to feel any discomfort from long usage. Build Quality: The build is extremely sturdy. The charger block is amazingly built and feels very durable. The charging cable included is a basic Micro USB cable and can plug into any USB-A outlet to provide a quick charge. The actual headset feels sturdy as well, with the swivel microphone feeling very tightly kept on its swivel axis. Charging: The charger is pretty sturdy, as I mentioned. The charging block is not exactly necessary as the headset can be charged directly on the side of the speaker as well. Charging is pretty fast with my 2.4A charger but will likely be slightly slower if not using a high amp charger bjt that’s the charger you decide to use at fault, not the headset. Battery Quality/Life: The battery has not died on me a single time from 7+ hours of use in a single session with a slight standby time in between. The battery is rated for 15 hours but I don’t think I’ll ever need to push it that far. Standby time is rated considerably higher. Comfort: The headset has produced zero discomfort in the hot climate I’m in. It’s comfortable and sits very nice on the head with a rubber piece on the other side from the speaker to provide more comfort. Some side notes, the volume buttons are located at the top of the speaker. One thing I did not notice until after reading the manual, mute can be initiated by hitting both at the same time. The multi purpose button on the microphone swivel axis is conveniently placed as well. All around great product for the price!

Like so many people, I started working from home quite a bit. That led to more phone calls from team members. It didn't take long for me to figure out that I couldn't hold my cell phone and work efficiently at the same time. I started searching for bluetooth headsets and ran across this pair. After reading 20 or 30 5-star reviews, I figured I should try them. I count on people being honest with their reviews and I knew I could return them if the reviews were a bunch of hog-wash. They weren't. I had very high expectations and these met those expectations. The Angteela bluetooth headset syncs to my phone or computer very easily and holds the connection all day. I only lost connection when I walked from my office on the second floor towards the back of the house to the mailbox down the driveway by the street. When I turned around and started walking back, it reconnected. I don't loose connection inside the house. The first day or two, I could only wear them about 2 - 3 hours at a time. It hurt my ear. Once I got them adjusted just right, I can wear them much longer. I usually wear them about 4 - 5 hours at a time just because of my schedule and that's how long I'm at my desk. They are very light and comfortable. The quality is very good for a headset at this price. It does not feel flimsy. It does not feel like it's going to break each time I put them on. It does not feel like the microphone is going to break off when I swing it up and out of the way. It may not be worth $100 but neither are the ones that cost $100. For the money, these are great. One last thing. The charging base. It's awesome. The headset just sits solidly on the base and charges. There are contacts on the base and on the bottom of the headset. You just set them on the base and the connection is made very easily. There's a red light for charging and a green light when it's charged. I used to lay my cell phone on my desk and set it to speaker. I couldn't hear the caller very well and the people I was talking to couldn't hear me very well. This headset fixes all of that. I can hear clearly and the person I'm talking to can hear me clearly, even when I'm saying things that aren't worth hearing. Great bluetooth headset. I highly recommend them. Honestly!!
