Trusted name. Enjoying Ashok's Buknu for over 59 years.
Itis authentic Kanpur Buknu. I should know the difference because buknu has been cherished by me for atleast 80 years. It was lovingly prepared at my home.

Not really good, but nothing better available online.
This is one exotic speciality of Kanpur, recepie of which is passed from generations, but unfortunately this product just did not match my expectation. Authentic buknu has a special smell with which it can be identified. It is present but not profound enough to be identified as buknu. People may be surprised that buknu is made with turmeric and curd and other common spices, but this one tastes overloaded with salt. Sadly this is the best available online.

Authentic taste
I keep purchasing this bukunu over and over again and it has been several decades now. This is authentic bukunu taste from kanpur and this taste cant be found in other brands

The most important thing is product manufacturing and expire date. It is june2023. Its expire date is july 2024. Good decision before delivery.
