Better than expected
I really wasn’t expecting much from this tv. I liked the concept but having worked in the industry I know how difficult it is to cram quality into a small box. At this price it meets expectations and more. Sight & sound are not top notch but good. Full price it would not be much of a deal. Added note. If you wish to use this as a “gallery frame” understand the paintings shown come at a very hefty monthly charge. There is an app tool that allows you to trim and post your own images.

Beautiful TV
I have had no issues with this TV and it was pretty easy to mount. I hid the cord with a strip and painted that to match other items. It looks great. Picture quality is what I’d expect and the sound is pretty good, too!

Bought 2, both were defective and returned
Hate to give a bad review but thought others should know what they might run into. We read other reviews and it seemed the biggest complaints were issues with hanging vertically, minimal art choices, and obtrusive power supply. These were not really issues for us.However, the first one we bought started turning itself off and on every few seconds to every few minutes and not responding to the remote or voice commands. This began after about an hour, and after we had set up Netflix and various other services. After the usual chain of processes/attempts to finally get to a Samsung tech support agent, he did not offer to attempt any troubleshooting and just told us to contact the vendor and see if we could return it. We did, and ordered another as this was the perfect fit for our space and as I stated above we were not unhappy with the visible power supply or minimal art that came installed. However, the second one began rebooting constantly just like the first one within about a half an hour. I went through all the one and two star reviews and found someone who had had the same issue. I read through the Samsung reply as to things to try to resolve it, and nothing worked. One was to unplug and plug it back in which of course we had tried with both sets. Another was to check for firmware updates. The first unit would not stay on long enough to allow us to do that. The second unit did, but the firmware was up to date. Then it recommended disabling the SmartThings function. We really wanted to use this function but disabled it anyway to see if it would work. All efforts were to no avail, so we are returning the second one.We have not decided if we will try a third one. These were reconditioned, so we definitely will not buy another reconditioned. New ones are only about $100 more, but our concern is the length of the warranty period, even for new ones. The new ones only come with a 15 day warranty unless you pay extra.Maybe we were singularly unlucky, but just be aware.

Beware of poor picture quality
Maybe this is because I got a refurbished tv, but the whites look like you’re looking through dirty water. I put a piece of white paper next to this as an example, the walls are also painted white. But you can see that the tv itself looks almost like there’s a grey filter over it but there is not.It is better in TV mode but no amount of settings adjustment improved Art Mode.

Arrived missing parts
This TV was ordered from a black Friday sale. It arrived missing the stencil uses to mark the part on the wall where the mount will be installed. I contacted Samsung and it took 45 minutes for them to verify my purchase. After another call, I was told it would be shipped to me and I would get it within 20 days. 30 days later, I called after not receiving it and was told it had been canceled because I never sent a photo of the box and contents I received. I was never asked for this. After jumping through this many hoops, I was never provided what I needed. Screw Samsung and their customer service.

The Frame (picture display)
I initially purchased a Samsung 55" Frame Tv from Best Buy, and loved how it would display a picture all day when not use viewing Tv programing. So I decided I wanted another unit, this time a 32" for another room, so I purchased it thru Amazon from an online vendor, but, the Samsung 32" Tv Frame arrived and would NOT turn on. It was a hassle contacting Samsung service center, shipping, paying for the shipping (again), waiting for its return only for it still not work properly, very disappointed.

Turns off on its own all the time. Terrible user interface. Full of bugs
I am very tech savvy and work with a lot of electronics day in day out. This device is absolutely horrible. It takes the fun out of photos. It is not very smart. Turns off all the time and disconnects from Wi-Fi for no reason. Why Samsung? Why can’t you make smart devices?
