I purchased this because I wanted to try something new, and since this is Dana Lynn Bailey's product line, I decided to give this one a go. This BCAA supplement has the 2:1:1 ratio for amino acids, which my research indicated was the best. I took one full scoop during my workouts and one full scoop with my protein shake after working out. I did notice that I recovered well from some intense weight training and cardio sessions, and I did put on a bit of muscle while taking the product. (Although I should give credit to a healthy, clean diet and intense workouts in addition to supplementing with this BCAA product.) The strawberry-kiwi flavor tastes good, but it did take me a few days to get used to the flavor. It's sweet, but not overpowering. I also tried the mango flavor (from a friend) and thought it was the better of the two available. Overall, I would use this product again and would recommend it to others.

Arrived quickly, but I have to mix it with a full shaker (20oz) of water because its SUPER sweet, it tastes like straight sugar.

These are DELICIOUS and not overly tart/sweet like most others. Pairs really well with the EWP preworkout. Definitely will purchase again
