product arrived as described, no missing parts, product has extra levers and parts to use in case needed.installed on a panic door. overall i like the size and optional items to use.

Product ok instructions poor
the quality of the product is good but the provided documentation is horrible. Hdad to look up info on internet at other sites to be sure I was doing the install properly. Also the Amazon website info posted by seller could use far more info to state what lockset iscompatible with this panic bar. I had to cross reference with other retail websites before I could tell if the panic bar and lockset were compatible.
