I spend way too much money on very good EVOO, and this is in my top five. Franci itself describes this as an everyday oil -- I disagree. It's better than everyday. I prefer this over any other Franci oil. I prefer it over many oils that are considered world's best, including Venta del Baron and Oro Bailen. Those are too bitter for me. This is perfect.
