Spigen Rugged Armor OnePlus X Case with Resilient Shock Absorption and Carbon Fiber Design for OnePlus X - Black

I bought this phone case for my dad. I heard high thoughts of the Spigen brand, so I got him this case. My dad drops his phone a lot, so I needed something that would protect really well. The phone is made out of glass too, so it would be extremely easy to crack both the front and the back side of the phone. When I received the case in the mail, I was not disappointed. The cut outs on the case were exactly in the right spot. The buttons are not hard to press at all with the case- I was very impressed. My dad has used this case for a while, and he has dropped his phone as well. There has been no apparent damage to the phone internally or externally. I am pleased with this case, and would definitely recommend this to anyone who has this phone and is looking for a slim and protective case.

Can't go wrong with this case. Unless you're looking for extreme protection against harsh conditions, this will fit your needs perfectly. I've dropped it directly onto tile from five feet, no damage to the phone. I can't ask for much more. I love the fact that it is so sleek, and it fits in my tight jean pockets with easy, and I can take it out no problem as well. You can also use all ends of the phone as a grip to prop it up against a wall in case you're looking to project the speakers sound off of a wall.

Nice design, feels pretty slim still and not too bulky. Looks great. Only reason not 5 stars is becuase i haven't dropped the phone so idk how it protects against drops yet. Does protect soft metal grooved edges of my OnePlus X very well

This case is really nice and although I did not initially like the design of it. Once I put it on, it grew on me and I love it now. It seems "rugged" enough to protect the phone from drops and falls especially because both the front and back are made of glass. This case is a great investment to make sure you don't damage your phone.

Besides delayed shipping on my product, even though that's not the the sellers fault but more the postal service, this case is terrific. I love the texture of the matte feeling back, it feels very clean. It's a single layer case but on the phone it feels very sturdy and gives it a nice grip as opposed to the glass back of the phone by itself.

I've been attached to buy Spigen Cases since I bought the first one for my galaxy s6 and then the galaxy s6 and now with this one that I bought for my OnePlus X. This design is beautiful and the detailed feel of the texture of the carbon fiber is amazing. One of the best cases I ever had.

The case fits really well and doesn't bulk the phone out too much. The only drawback is that I thought it would be more rigid than it is. However, it still seems like a great case.

Quality case serving its purpose well. I only wish it included a screen protector which is the reason I am giving it only four stars

Aliquid Tibi Vis.Whatever you want.The valiant company motto of Spigen, a well known case manufacturer for mobile devices.I was looking for an aftermarket OnePlus X case to purchase and I found this as a cheap choice.Did I expect something astonishing? No.Did I expect it to be a step above the silicon case that comes with the OnePlus X? Yes.Did it do that and exceed all of my expectations?Yes.It annihilates the stock silicon case that comes with the phone, and it destroys the official OnePlus cases that are overpriced.Ergonomics are solid, little give or flex in the material, and not enormously chunky either. I always wear a case, and the stock silicon case is a joke in terms of protection, looks, and quality, embarrassing to put over such a beautiful phone such as the OPX.And yes, while a chunky case can alter the design of the OPX, it looks great in itself and somewhat is synergetic with the phone and offers protection that you can make a tradeoff for. It surrounds the curvature of the front screen, so if you have a tempered glass screen protector that leaves some of the screen area uncovered and ugly, you're golden!Nice black finish with some vinyl highlights that kinda seem out of place imo, but either way, it has astonishing heft and quality, but not as bulky as I worried myself it would be. You have to see it to believe it. Cutouts are also perfect, including 3.5mm jack, even for bulkier right angle connectors (like on the Havi B3 PRO 1) and the cover for the power and volume rocker is tactile and much better than the stock silicon case.Absolutely fantastic, for £6, it's a steal!! The best aftermarket case available right now.Forget about all of those flip covers or custom covers from whatever cheap third-party retailer, forget about the official OP cases that are overpriced, this is where it's at!!

First of all, the delivery time - the case arrived more then a week before it's estimated arrival, which was a very pleasant surprise.Now, to the case itself. The case fits my X perfectly, it doesn't move around in the case and all the port and mic openings line up perfectly. The case feels very premium and sturdy in the hand, even without taking it's low price into consideration.I know the design might not be for everyone, but I like it a lot. The combination of carbon fibre and matte black looks very sleek and elegant.One positive thing I would like to bring out - very clicky and tactile buttons, you don't see those very often on aftermarket cases.To sum up, the Spigen case is a massive upgrade over the cheap case that comes with the X, it gives the phone more protection and in my opinion looks far better compared to the stock case.

This case is incredible. Well what exactly was I expecting from Spigen? Their world renowned style, quality and function. This case has done exactly that, and then some more.The design is really nice in my opinion, and it looks great - even after over 1/2 a year the case still looks brand new. The Carbon fibre really adds depth to the rubberised backing.The quality is top notch - the rubber is hard wearing yet still relatively soft. As said above it looks like new even after over 1/2 a year of abuse and drops.The case does its job efficiently - the 'Air Cushion' technology has likely saved my phone (and wallet!) quite a few times. The buttons feel tactile and are easy to press, whilst the port cutout are large enough to accommodate large cables and headphones. There are speaker and mic cutouts as well as a camera cutout, all of which are suitably sized.So, to conclude - this case is durable, aesthetically pleasing and above all: good at keeping you X safe!

The case works really well to protect your phone, it hugs the phone tightly and it doesn't feel too thick. However, one disadvantage is that the case is extremely tight so taking the phone off and putting it back on can be a struggle. I have accidently turned my phone off/on in the process which is a little annoying. Would I buy this case again? Yes. I love the design, it's simple and works well as a protective case. As I do not take the case off often I can accept the occasional annoyance of taking the phone case off.

Case choices for this phone were quite limited when I bought the phone but this case has kept my phone safe. It's a great fit and quality. My toddler kids regularly pick up and drop (maybe throw) my phone and so far it's remained perfect. Its one of the slimmest cases I have ever used on a phone. The little fake carbon Fibre looking bits are a bit odd but they are on the back and to be honest I never look at the back of my phone anyway so it's no big deal.Others have mentioned that it catches and maybe damages on the buttons when installing and removing the case. I haven't noticed this myself but to prevent this when putting on the case just put it on the side with the volume buttons first then the top then press the rest of the phone in. And do it in reverse when removing.
