I’m giving this product five ⭐️ because of their customer service and support response & I love the look and features of this product. When a very small plastic plug that covers an Allen wrench servicing area on the faucet head was lost I reached out and they sent me a new one along with other nice faucet parts free of charge! I currently don’t need the add’l parts they sent but I will keep as perhaps sometime I will.I mentioned to them that I noticed since installed that the sprayer does heat up when using hot water but I’m used to it and look out for that issue. Although not ideal, I love the aesthetics of it too much to really bother me. They said they are in process of addressing this with a sleeve or something and they’ll send it out once that’s sorted out.

Pro:1. Set the water temp and pressure at the handle and the sprayer or faucet are always ready to be independently operated.2. The tension on the sprayer is perfect. If easily finds it way into the holder and settles evenly.Gold finish goes beautifully with my MCM high gloss kitchen.3. Combined outlets mean less clutter on the sink.4. Very affordable.Cons:1. A unique gold finish that makes accessories like soap dispenser or air switch more challenging.2. The spigot arm is a little short. This meant that I had to mount the faucet off-center or else it wouldn't reach to fill pots. This is understandable because if the arm were longer then the sprayer would have to be bumped out farther to avoid collision. That would make it protrude too far into the sink, IMO.

We like this faucet which accommodates our RO water, in addition to our normal kitchen faucet requirements. Not too much info out there though on adjustments and such. A gap appeared between the different faucets on the stem, but we figured out that we could push down on the stem and tighten a little allen screw on the backside of the faucet by removing a rubber plug cover.

Overall, this is a nice faucet for the money. It was easy to install and so far so good.

Overall was a good looking faucet, low price, functions were ok.The main issue is that is not intuitive, it's complicated to use and the functions you thought it should have, like locking pressure washing, it doesn't have it. So it defeats the purpose of wanting free hands use.The worst just happened now, 6 months after installing.As we were about to leave camping this thing just exploded and showered my kitchen!The hose came off from the nipple and even though it came all together from factory, this thing was not secured tightly enough. The issue is that now it goes on and off relatively easy.Easy enough that I wouldn't try to fix it and have my kitchen flooded as a risk.NOT worth it!!At ALL!!DO spend a little bit more money on something of better quality.Having a flooded kitchen is not worth the $100 bucks you'll save by getting this product.***ALSO, not Amazon, seller, NO ONE is available to help you solve this issue. This product comes with a puny 30-day warranty. That should tell you everything you need to know about how cheap this stuff is.NOT WORTH IT!!!!!DO NOT BUY - you've been warned.

UPDATE: After my review, the company contacted me and asked if they could send us a new sprayer to see if this would fix our issue. We agreed and they quickly shipped out the new spray nozzle. It came within 2 days of their initial email. Super fast delivery. It wasn’t the exact sprayer but it matched the faucet and had the same 2 functions as before. We changed the sprayer this morning and... it worked! We now have a sprayer that doesn’t spray everywhere! I can’t say enough about the great customer service we received with this product.We just had our kitchen finished and installed the faucet this week. We are having issues with the sprayer. It does not spray in a nice pattern. It is all over the place. We’ve cleaned it and still no luck. Unfortunately, we’ve passed the return date so getting a new one isn’t an option. Now we will have to go and purchase something else. It’s really a great looking faucet, just need it to function.

Update- It's been 2 years, I had to replace the valve under my sink, when I reconnected the hoses, one of them started leaking where the connector was cramped. I actually never touched the area that was cramped. I originally thought of replacing the hoses before installing the ones that came with the faucet but in the end didn't did. I should have, the hoses are of poor quality, very thin and they bend very easily. The cramp to one of the connectors became loose. I'm lucky this happened the way it did, having a cramp give and flood your kitchen sucks. Nonetheless, I still think it's a good faucet. If you buy it, get better hoses.Original review- it's been a year now. This faucet is well made, there is very little plastic. So far so good, it's the favorite kitchen faucet I've had. There's been no discoloration, no leaks. I love the fact that I can get my RO water from one unit.
