Q: Anyone have the white board? How does it hold up after long term use? Any discoloration or marks that really show?

I have the purple board. Mine has the cut marks on the board. I use that board daily. I actually bought another purple board similar to that one made by zeal. I think if you use it often it will have the knife marks if you are using a sharp knife.so the areas where the knife marks look worn. I think you could whiten ur board by bleaching it then washing off the bleach.

Q: Why is the white one around $13.00 more? This seems stupid, the other colors are $18-19 dollers?

All of the other colors are being sold directly by Amazon. No one can compete with Amazon's awesome prices.

Q: Has anyone used this with an electric knife? Like the idea of the lip for liquids but am afraid electric knife might ruin the board.

I have not but I am sure it would damage the board quickly.
