El material es muy resistente, me sirvió mucho para las cenas de las fiestas navideñas.

Good sous vide system but rather over-priced
This is a sturdy box.I have a Wancle circulator. The box is supposed to be universal, but I found that the wancle didnt clip on well due to the lip around the edge of the box.I used a craft saw to remove a slot from the lip and now the Wancle fits better.The box has a slight incline off the vertical. It would be better for one end to be at 90deg, so that the circulator sits better.Other than that it does the job beautifully.Also bought the lid and rack. There are probably cheaper ways to do it, but as a system it definitely works.The whole thing is rather overpriced, but sturdy and fit for purpose.

Perfecto tamaño para cocinar para la familia
Le queda perfecto a mi circuladoraAyer puse una barbacoa y le cupo al limite (2 lenguas, 2 cachetes y 2 labios).No compre la tapa porque se me hace absurdo el precio (el recipiente si porque mis ollas no son tan grandes), pero funciona perfecto poniendole papel aluminio y una toalla para evitar mucha evaporacion en cocciones largas (>24horas)
