Excellent quality portable bassinet from Dream On Me brand. We own many items from Dream On Me, they never disappoint. This one has that "over built" feel to it as well. Comes basically fully assembled, just click the legs on, no tools! This bassinet is very stable and rock solid. It's roomy inside and just the perfect highy. Pinch-free hinges, they check-off every box. Their products arent just extremely well made and functional, but truly are designed with safety-first in mind. This folds vety easily and to an incredibly flat state like magic. Looking at it open it's hard to believe how flat this gers. Can easily fit in the trunk of any car, very portable! Has dual clamshell style canopies, great for outdoor use, transparent netting so you can easily see in, baby can see out, and, keep the bugs away. This purchase is a no-brainer, and a terrific price on Amazon, along with world-class selection, customer service & amazing Prime shipping & delivery. I purchased this bassinet after reading about it here on Amazon and across several other sights. I really wrestled with the decision to order it because it seemed to me as if it had very mixed reviews. I finally decided to give it a try mainly because I have cats and the zippered canopy seemed to be a real deterrent for them.So far I’m happy with this bassinet. It was easy to set up and seems pretty sturdy. I didn’t notice a strange chemical smell like some reviewers commented on. The canopy was initially a little stiff. It wouldn’t lie flat and wasn’t easy to zipper. I stored the bassinet in both the open (snapped down) and closed (zippered) positions for a few weeks each. Now, the canopy lies flat/fully open and zippers easily. I didn’t have any issues with the included mattress pad. It’s by no means a Sealy or Serta mattress but it’s not horrible either. Ive applied weight to it and no permanent dents have formed. I have no qualms about resting my infant on it. I purchased the Bassinest brand mattress covers listed in other reviews, as well as, a second brand (pictured),TL Care Printed 100% Natural Cotton Jersey Knit Fitted Bassinet Sheet, listed here on Amazon. Both brands fit well without bunching or causing gaps between the mattress and bassinet . I noticed some reviewers mentioned the sheets they tried caused the mattress to accordion or fold. I initially had this problem too. The bassinet, along with the included mattress, arrived folded. The mattress once covered with sheets, seemed to want to fold that same way. So, I flipped it over. Now it lies perfectly flat and without issue.Overall, I’m happy with my purchase. I think it’s safe for my baby and with a little preparation all of the issues discussed in other reviews can be safely remedied.

We purchased this for camping trips. We even used it once on an overnight stay on a 28’ boat. We wanted something smaller than a pack-n-play. We loved that it had the zip up mesh cover (to keep bugs out). It was easy to put together and take down. Very sturdy. My baby slept great in this. We have gotten a lot of use out of this and it still looks brand new. We kept the box that it came in and just stored it in that.
