Great customer service!
I Had gotten the product a couple of months ago, used and it came dead on arrival. I had gotten the camera due to using Amazon alot of the time for things I get as well as for the house, due to us all getting into food delivery services( Doordash and the like). After doing a bit of research, I found out that customer service was avaible for this product and instantly started a series of email back and forth with them for about a month or so. Though it felt like I was jumping through hoops, they were extremely helpful with me in getting a replacement unit and I'm very happy with the purchase.I'm still tinkering with the camera and enjoying the features it brings to the Mi Home app. Great video in day and night settings with amazing quality. No wire assembly whatsoever, just place your mounting for the camera and link it up via the Mi Home app. I have not figured out how to get the video uploaded to the cloud but I do plan on getting a SD for the camera hub anyway. Cameras Just Stop Working
Bought 3 cameras about a year ago. 2 have just stopped working. The button to pair stops working and starts to fall apart. Very crappy design. Customer support is non-existent. This is a Chinese based company. They do not care. Choose an American based company if you want support. I have changed to Ring.
