OneOdio3.5 mm Cable with Boom Mic and Mute Volume Control for Gaming Headsets, Most Other 3.5mm Jack Headphones

OneOdio has some pretty nice products in the lower to mid price range. Too bad the original microphone didn't last a year but this replacement works perfectly and I don't have to replace the rest, but hopefully it will last longer. Otherwise its not worth paying more than half the cost of the whole set.

It is normal when you bend a cord at the end for it to break over time and I do that to cords I’m guilty of having to buy more not because of lack of quality but because of myself it is a good purchase great mic very clear exactly as advertised

I'm a professional podcaster and streamer. I wanted a headset for game streaming. I was skeptical that OneOdio would make a mic suitable for my purposes, even though I do like their A71 headphones.This impressed me. It works better than the HyperX Cloud III headset which costs much more.

This cable and mic replace the unit found on the gaming headset. I think most reviews here are using it on a normal OneOdio headset. This is an exact replacement of the cable that is shipped stock with the gaming headphones and as far as I under5stand it will not fit the standard headphone. For computer use you also need a special cable splitter as well.That said I have bought 2 on these now. The original headset cable broke from misuse. The wire literally separated because my daughter was just treating it hard.I bought one of these. It worked for about 2 weeks, then just stopped working. It looks perfect. My daughter had been taking care of it, just stopped working.the second one of these I bought has lasted sever al months now.

Did not work as advertised, plugged it in and got a echo-y feedback loop. No voice was detected. Tried adjusting a bunch of different settings, and it did not fix it.

The microphone is much better than the one that came with the headphones. It works better with the zoom conference calls. It took a long time to get it, and the order was cancelled the first time I ordered but it was great once I finally got it.

I needed a replacement because my puppy chewed up the original. There is no difference in quality. It's just like the original. I love Odio products. I can hear and be heard at my zoom meetings and rock out when listening to music.

Works fine, but the cable has a braided fabric covering rather than the rubberized outside that it appears to have in product images. Because of this, the moment the cable rubs against anything, such as clothing or a table, the friction creates a distracting, discomforting sound that vibrates into the earpiece. I solved this by wrapping the upper portion in electrical tape.
