Great purchase
This helmet is not only so cute but so perfect for my little man! It is made very well it is very comfortable for him! The reflector light is a great addition! Adjustability is easy enough for a parent but not too easy to where it will loosen on its own! 10/10 would recomend!

Great fit
This helmet was a hot with my grandson. It is lightweight yet sturdy. The fit is perfect and the Cars are work is vibrant and colorful. Will buy again when my grandson outgrows this one.

Way way too small
It is an awesome helmet, but very very small. Does not fit my 6 year old son. He does have a bigger size head so I got the 5-8 size, but it is still way too small. It was a birthday gift so I already missed the return window.:/ very bummed he was so excited about it.

Lightening McQueen Helmet
Great Lightening McQueen bicycle helmet purchased for my 4 year old grandson. Fits him perfect. Love the cool flames on top of the helmet!

Very tight on 3 yr old and hardly adjustable
The instructions that came with it describe multiple ways to adjust size, but there is only 1: the chin strap. My kid is a small/average 3 year old and this helmet is very snug and not easy to get on without him complaining about it hurting. The back is elastic and you have to stretch it out while putting the front on at the same time. Then, the only thing to adjust is the chin, but (see pic) the ear part doesn’t adjust, so the “2-2-2” thing is irrelevant. Having read the other reviews before buying, either I got a knock-off or they have changed the product. Weird.

Glad we purchased it
We only just got the helmet today. We got it all ready for my 2 1/2 year old to ride his balance bike. The fit was excellent and it was very easy to adjust. We bought the age 5-8 helmet as he grew out of the toddler size already. Make sure you measure your child's head so you know which one is the right size. He was very excited to wear his new Lightening McQueen helmet. He started going too fast, and took a fall - face first. Thanks to the "visor" portion of the helmet, he barely hit his face. The visor stopped any serious impact. We are VERY happy with this helmet, and I'm so glad we went with this one. Had he had this fall yesterday with his previous helmet, things might not have gone so well. In the future, we will be buying helmets with the visor feature.After posting this review, we had a chance to review a video of the fall. We realized the side of the helmet did actually hit the pavement. We purchased the same helmet again.
