Q: Does this tune heads to specific notes?

No, that’s done manually. No product on the market (that I know of) can legitimately tune to a specific note. It can take the head up to pitch and then you can use your phone or a tuner/app to get the drum to a certain pitch.

Q: What size drums will this do?

10 inch to 16 I find it very helpful when tuning my drums. I also tune bot to help fine tune.

Q: Does this item come with drum keys?

It comes with 10 "Z" shaped keys that you use to turn all the lugs at once. I bought the additional two add-on pack at the link below (it shows you what the keys look like).
