Cut The Cord With This Router!
I recently switched internet providers and cut the cord, so I needed a reliable WiFi router that could easily handle my home setup. After some research, I decided to go with the Linksys Mesh WiFi 6 Router (Max-Stream MR7350), and I couldn’t be happier. My new ISP provided only a basic cable modem, and I needed something easy to set up and capable of supporting all my devices, from Google Home products to my computer and HD TVs. This router fit the bill perfectly! The setup process was super easy and almost “idiot-proof.” It came with both online computer access and a phone app, which is a game changer when I’m not at home or just don’t feel like opening my computer. The Linksys App made it simple to get everything running, and I was impressed with how quickly it integrated my smart home devices and other electronics. In minutes, my two HD TVs, computer, phone, and smart devices were up and running, and I had a secure, reliable connection. The power of WiFi 6 really shines with this router. It handles multiple devices streaming content, video chatting, and gaming effortlessly. Thanks to its Intelligent Mesh Technology, I have no dead zones, and the connection remains rock solid even in areas of the house where I used to have issues. Whether I’m watching HD movies, gaming, or just browsing the internet, this router delivers fast, stable performance every time.Overall, I’m thrilled with the Linksys Max-Stream MR7350. It supports all my devices with ease, and I feel confident in the WiFi security it offers. I love that I can prioritize devices and manage my network remotely. For anyone looking for a reliable, easy-to-use, and secure router that handles multiple devices without a hitch, this is a fantastic choice.

Excellent Wi-Fi 6 for one bedroom apartment
I have been using the Linksys MR7350 Ax1800 for a few weeks now. It’s excellent budget Wi-Fi 6 With new features like 1024 QAM, that send more data with each transmission, and OFDMA, that manage simultaneous connections efficiently. The top speeds is 1.2 gigabits per second on the 5GHz band and 574 Mbps on the 2.4GHz band. I don’t have internet that fast to test the top speeds but in a MacBook you can see the (Tx) transmission rate meaning your speed to the router, and it’s 960 Mbps on 5GHz all around my one bedroom apartment. The band-steering option that lets the router automatically switch between the 5GHz and 2.4GHz bands for the optimal result can’t be switched off. Anecdotally this feature works fine most of the time but in two occasions it didn’t and it stayed on the less optimum bandwidth for a while before adjusting back. (I didn’t realize it because of drop in performance but because I was monitoring and testing the new setup)The range is excellent for one bedroom apartment, but I don’t think it’s suitable for large multi level homes because it barely works at the end the hallway of my apartment building which is all wood construction. The iPhone app is intuitive and works reliably.Overall it’s a great option (I bought mine on sale) and I would recommend it for one bedroom apartment with many devices. It works great in my situation with around 10 devices including Apple TV, MacBooks, NAS, handheld and HomeKit devices.

The tech support is 100% what made me NOT rage at this. I actually appreciate it now
Got this router to stop paying my service provider monthly. A bit of an investment. Rated for 1700 range, but that's with a big *. Maybe in a perfect scenario. I did end up needing to buy a velop mesh system (just got a wifi 5 one). That ended up being one big headache because it did work for some things, but it got flaky in certain situations. I ended up trying to plug it in on the ethernet and the entire router shat itself. Didn't work no matter what I did to reconfigure it even when I did a factory reset.I was all but ready to go to bestbuy to buy something else and return this when I decided to call support. And now everything works no issue. I dunno what hiccup it encountered earlier. But my best suggestion is: use the 192.168.1.1 connection/management method initially and then the app for setting up secondary nodes. And if all else fails, just call tech support.I can't praise tech support enough for making it not stressful and fixing the issues and getting me what I wanted in the first place. The app is pretty good all things considered. I've heard that some brands (not linksys) nickle and dime you for features and the linksys app does not as far as I can tell. It's great. You buy the product, you have the product. So overall, I do recommend this. Just make sure to overestimate your range if you don't want to use a mesh system. I ended up paying 200 dollars total (for this and the velop system) to get decent coverage over a 2000 sqft space (and this is rated 1700).

Good if you want something simple... kinda...
If you have any interest in managing your network, consider something more robust. I wanted something newer than the router I bought in 2016, so I picked one of these up on sale for a very, very good price. I prefer a little more complex of a network setup, with my guest network visible and non-guest network hidden / SSID broadcast disabled. Let it be known, this router, which is actually a mesh node, does not offer that functionality, so I'm docking it a star. Setup is fairly easy otherwise, but if you're like me and you want to set it up manually versus using their rather dumb app, be ready to click the "CA" at the far bottom right hand corner of the screen before you actually configure an admin password or similar. This isn't called out ANYWHERE in the literature included with the router. So far, I'm getting solid performance otherwise, and the WiFi is nice and strong everywhere in the house, Form factor isn't obnoxious and its blue LED perfectly matches everything else on my desk. So, I'll run with this for a bit until such a time that I can jailbreak it and install third party software or find something with better admin options.

Works great
Haven’t had a drop in wifi since we got it . Had to call the company to figure out how to add more devices and they walked me through it. Great customer service! Easy to hook up and use right away.
