not as good as i hoped.. kinda dry.. so i didnt like it too much. i would not buy again

As a fan of smoked fish and beef jerky, not to mention nearly all things with an "Asian" flavor, I wanted to like this, I really did. Orange ginger salmon, sign me up, right? Unfortunately, it was just way salty and not umami. Also, you should keep in mind that this is a pretty small package, only 1.25 ounces, which is really just enough for a snack. If you're trying to avoid beef or turkey but want some jerky, I'd probably look elsewhere until the company has a chance to improve their recipe.

You do not get much and, for the price, I just don't think it's worth it.I LOVE Lox and was hoping this jerky would taste better. It's too strong - and the Orange/Ginger flavor a bit off.:(

This was given to me as a gift and I have to say that I was hesitant to try it, but it was really similar to beef jerky, with very little fishy taste. The orange ginger didn't have a strong orange or ginger flavor but it was a pleasant taste. My husband and 2 out of 3 children also enjoyed it.

I love this brand but this is my least favorite flavor.
