Plantar Fasciitis Arch Support Orthopedic Insoles Relieve Flat Feet Heel Pain Shock Absorption Comfortable Insoles

I can not stress how much these insoles have helped me. I have suffered from plantar fasciitis and heel pain for years, tried lots of pointless remedies including all the morning stretching exercises that make hardly any difference at all. Bought a pair of these insoles and suddenly I’m able to walk further without pain, first insoles I’ve had which are comfy and fit the shoe properly. They are also not too thick at the toe end so doesn’t feel scrunched up. Provide cushioning and support, too. I’ve now bought 4 pairs so I don’t need to keep chopping and changing. Definitely give these a try, not too expensive and has definitely worked for me.Perfect!

These are good, support my arch & soften the impact on my heel. Only downside is that I’m not sure how long they will remain like this, as can see the absorbency wearing down already & think the arch support will soften meaning less support - hence why not 5 stars but overall good.

I am absolutely thrilled with these arch supports. I have flat feet and the comfort in my trainers was amazing right from the start They are fairly slim which totally suits my feet and shoes. I have bought another three pairs should be arriving today.

I spend a lot of time on my feet during the day with heavy work boots. I’ve been suffering from plantar fasciitis for a while and been using pain killers and gels to no avail. Tried insoles before which eased the pain a little, but these have reduced the pain to nothing and I now don’t need my knee brace anymore.Fantastic product.

Ok for the price, sizing is accurate and the insoles are stiff enough to slip into shoes and boots easily. I bought them to put into a pair of lightweight boots but I found the cushioning a little too soft that felt like the insole was slipping in the boot. It wasn’t slipping it just felt like it. So I finished swapping the insoles from another pair of shoes that had superfeet in them and putting the superfeet in the boots, then put the new insoles in the shoes. Strangely they are fine in the shoes, so the upshot is that they are ok for some footwear but not all.

I bought a far from cheap pair of walking shoes from mountain warehouse that were ok up to about 150 miles when they started making my heals sore . I had never had this problem before so decided rather than discard the shoes I would try these insoles and they have worked. They are made to size so are easy to fit and get in the right position When I first tried my shoes on with the insoles they felt a little odd ,the arch is higher than normal ,they have a former feel and it almost felt like my foot was being slightly pushed forward. However after 3/4 walks I got used to them and my sore heals started to disappear. I went on to buy another pair for my golf shoes and they worked just as well.In conclusion these are really good and it's made me even more aware of the need for good insoles.

Having tried a pair of these I immediately bought two more. They feel hard initially but you soon get used to them and they have definitely reduced my heel pain
