I purchased these based on recommendation from a fellow Doc Marten wearer. I recently purchased a heeled Doc and the soles would, "burn" the bottom of my foot (no the shoe is not defective). I ordered these and they have made wearing my boots so much better!!! The adhesive could be a bit stronger, but on the positive side you can use these on any shoe. You feel the difference!

Got a pair of high-quality Sofft brand dress sandals with adjustable straps and a nice, stable 2" heel, but also problem feet - wide, flat, but narrow heels - so even these are hard to wear for any extended time. I use customized arch supports inside closed shoes, but since that's not an option here, I am giving these a try. Arch support is surprisingly good, much better than anything else ready-made for a sandal that I've seen, and the price is right. In addition to supporting the arch, I need them to cushion the metatarsal and keep my feet from sliding forward each time I step, and these are making my feet more stable in the shoe. As to the complaints that the adhesive on the bottom doesn't stick, with the gel type if you're wearing sandals without stockings, the surface of the insert will stick to your feet so it effectively stays put, at least in these closed-heel but otherwise open strappy sandals. Good enough (I hope) for an 8 hour event.

(DISCLAIMER: I ended up ripping the directions while opening the package, so there was potential for me to miss a step.) I bought these insoles to put inside a pair of high heel boots I intend to wear to a convention. The insoles feel comfortable, the gel is soft, and the supports are nice. However, the adhesive doesn't stick to the inside of my shoes, despite cleaning the inside with 70% alcohol, and letting it fully dry beforehand. Im hoping that they’ll stick better once I wear them, but I worry they’ll slip and slide around when I walk. If you don’t mind roughing up the inside of your heels, it might help the product adhere better. Aside from the sticking issue, they feel comfortable.

Bought them for some Demonia wedge sneakers That were one size bigger than my normal size. It worked out perfect and felt so good. I ordered another pack So I could add them to another pair of shoes.

Great addition to all my heels. Comfort and stability. Suitable clear material with adhesive to promote stay in place performance.
