Rush is a genius. Everyone should read this book. I read this book in 2019 and pretty much all of this is applicable to today. Thank you Rush!

Rush Limbaugh is right on so many things... I agree completely with his viewpoints as presented in this book.... essentially government is the problem and not the solution.... politicians don't know what is best for all of us.... global warming/climate change is a hoax because any book on dinosaurs confirms climate was changing before humans existed.... criminals are criminals because they choose to be and not because somehow someone else (society at large) made them criminals... that multiculturalism divides us and does not unite us.... I still listen to his radio show to this day. I am glad I'm not the only one with these viewpoints and to see them validated in this now-classic conservative tome is refreshing.

After Rush passed, I was interested in reading what he wrote fir us. You will not be disappointed, his humor, personality and intelligence permeate this book.

Not read yet.But know that Rush knows how things should have been.First, don't let pelosi, biden, schumer and schitff into the House.

Great conversational tone. Great way to learn about history and conservative ideas.

I used to think I was a so-called liberal, but was actually conservative all this time. In reading They Way Things Ought To Be changed my life for the best! I used to suffer from depression, and was kind of a self-defeating liberal in many ways. The Way Things Ought To Be erased all my depression, it ignited a fire and a passion for life in me, and the book makes 100% sense. I am a libertarian conservative, and believe in freedom, and being the best that I can be in everything I do. This book will make you demand personal greatness from yourself. I love Rush Limbaugh for changing my life, and for awakening a real lust for life in me. Rush rocks! He is not a narrow-minded, racist, homophobe. People who hate Rush have never taken the time to really listen to him and give him a chance. Anyway! As they say, "a liberal is a conservative who hasn't been mugged." Live free or die! Rush also plays cool rock & roll on his show too.

Great book with pearls of true wisdom. This is full strength Rush. He tells it like he sees it and to many how things realy are and ought to be. Listen to the message he gives rather than the messenger. What he says makes a lot of sense. Highly entertaining and truly informative as he always is. Read what the mainstream drive by media will not openly discuss. A great book.
