This is my second vantrue dashcam as I purchased N2pro version for my other vehicle. Overall, great 3 way camera. It only records at 30 fps though. However, the resolution can be changed to different settings. Picture quality is great. Overall quality is very good. It has many features including but not limited to parking mode, lapsed recording, etc. It is a 3 way recoding dashcam. Front, cabin and rear. It can be configured to work either front and back or front and cabin only. Easy to use. Sound quality is decent. Unlike my other dashcam this one comes with a type c connector. Which means that if you want to upgrade your old vantrue camera you will not be able to use the same hardwiring kit. New cameras come with a type c connector which means you will need to purchase a new hardwire kit which supports type c and do the job again. In my personal case I did both cameras myself but I imagine this will cost £££ to get it installed by someone unless you are diyer. The only downside for me is the price and that the camera should come with a hardwire kit in the package included. Then it will be very difficult to beat value wise. I got it on sale for £140ish + additional £20 ish for a hardwire kit. Dashcam is installed on Mazda2 DE 2008 as well as other vehicle Mazda5 2014 for reference.

Very easy to install and operate. The Vantrue N4 dashcam records is excellent quality, all three cam work perfectly, I also bought Venture SD memory card 256gb with the dashcam. The Venture N4 also boasts seamless loop recording, ensuring that you never miss a moment on the road. When the memory card is full, the oldest footage is automatically overwritten, guaranteeing continuous recording without any hassle. The other good feature loop recording feature which continuously recording on old videos but better to format the SD card every month for better life of SD card. Once copy files from cam to your computer the files are file named dated and time stamped, can be viewed as .mp4 files and also loaded into the DashCamPlayer. Pros.1.First thing the larger mirror attached to your own smaller mirror so giving you a better field of view and is so easy to fit.2.The camera in the mirror can be adjusted for levelling and fixing the view ahead.3.The quality of this dashcam is great the recording resolution perfect day or night.4. The best thing about it being that you can use the rear camera as a reversing camera if you wire it to the reversing lights, it shows what's behind you and where you will end up with the highlighted lines. This was great for me as I cannot turn my head much.5. The rear camera can be fitted inside or out to get the best view.6.You can set the mirror to show the view behind you or as a normal mirror.7. Vantrue is a great manufacturer and even sent me a longer 9m rear camera lead as my vehicle is a longer van.8. The extra cabin camera filming the driver & passengers is great if you get in an accident and want to prove any injuries suffered. I had to fight another person insurance company to prove how and where I was hurt. This would stop this problemCons.I found one problem with the camera in my old car though, try fitting this before wiring it in to make sure this is not a problem, my Ford Galaxy field of view was compromised by the rain, light and traffic camera mounted behind the mirror on the windscreen. It blocks out a small portion of the view through the camera, I tried this in multiple friends and families vehicles for Vantrue as I wanted to give a fair review not just based on my car. All the other cars and vans I fitted to didn't have this problem at all.This dashcam is well worth the money with the 4k front camera, high resolution reach and the interior cabin cameras. Fitting the rear camera to the reversing camera is a so much better option than paying hundreds of £'s for a reversing camera either on a new car or as a add on..
