They break!!!!
I so love love the idea of these but after using them twice they broke and I spent a small fortune because I bought six of them. I now have six broken suitcases. We used them on 2 vacations.

Small bag way too small, and large one a little too small.

Cook those pests away!
Definitely works as advertised. The 20" case considering what it does is surprisingly light. I can lift it with one finger while empty. The four wheels also help it move around very well. The only problem when it arrived was a plastic part of the handle fell off. Customer service was on the case, and I was able to return the suitcase for a new one.

Crooked, crappy and unethical — after trying this company's products, you'll think bedbugs aren't so bad!
Don't trust ANY product from this company. The first thing I bought isn't even sold here any more because it had to be recalled for being a fire hazard — but the company never even responded when I contacted them about the recall! This luggage is just as crappy and dangerous.

Customer Service Was Responsive
Customer service was responsive to my concerns about a defective wheel and told me that they would be sending a replacement. I very much appreciate that they honored their warranty as promised. We do like the luggage very much as well as the concept. After bringing home bed bugs from a trip to Seattle and Vancouver a few years ago, we purchased two large ThermalStrike cases and the two smaller carry-ons. Using this luggage for our travels has brought much peace of mind, plus it looks very nice..
