प्रेस्टीज प्रेशर कुकर बहुत जल्द ही खराब हो गया है। सबसे बड़ी समस्या यह है कि यदि इस तरह का उत्पाद हम लोग ऑनलाइन खरीदते हैं और वह खराब हो जाता है या उसका कोई पार्ट खराब हो जाता है तो दुकानदार उसमें सहायता नहीं करते हैं क्योंकि वह प्रोडक्ट हमने उन दुकानदारों से नहीं खरीदा है और सबसे बड़ा आश्चर्य यह है कि लखनऊ जैसे बड़े शहर में प्रेस्टीज का एक ही सर्विस सेंटर है और उस सर्विस सेंटर मे पार्ट भी उपलब्ध नहीं रहता है और वह वाले हम लोगों की समस्या सुनते नही है।इसलिए ऐसे उत्पाद ऑनलाइन खरीदते वक्त आप लोग सावधान होकर विचार विमर्श जरूर कर लीजिए।मैंने लगभग एक हफ्ते पहले प्रेस्टीज के सर्विस सेंटर में कंप्लेंट दर्ज कराई ही है मुझे यह बताया गया कि आपकी प्रेशर कुकर में खराब हुआ पार्ट वहां पर उपलब्ध नहीं है इसके बाद वह लोग मेरा कोई फोन भी नहीं उठा रहे हैं नहीं मुझे कोई अपडेट दिया गया हैMy Prestige pressure cooker broke down very soon. The biggest problem is that if we buy such a product online and it breaks down or any of its parts break down then the shopkeepers do not help us because we have not bought that product from those shopkeepers and the biggest surprise is that in a big city like Lucknow, Prestige has only one service center and the parts are not available in that service center and they do not listen to our problems.Therefore, while buying such products online, you people should be careful and discuss.I have lodged a complaint in the service center of Prestige about a week ago. I was told that the part that broke down in your pressure cooker is not available there. After this, they are not even picking up my phone nor have I been given any update.

The cooker was delivered by SHOP 24 was defective in a lightning deal that to of ₹15 difference to regular price😆 The seller shipped a defective item, the upper lid is not intact and moving way ahead to its actual position of locking system.And also there were some broken little pieces of cooker handle, the whistle cover was teared off! hence it confirms that the cooker was a defective and returned item!There should be quality checks by amazon and better not to encourage these type of negligent vendors, as this is not a good time to return and receive again and again also waiting for another few days..I have initiated a replacement by hoping to receive a perfect one this time! If it isn’t perfect I will return it immediately and will go with Cloudtail India, as I found it very reliable and trustworthy🥳👍🏻Will update the review after replacement..Edit: “SHOP 24” haven’t shipped the replacement even after 4 days of return request, it shows the negligence of so called vendor & it seems they aren’t interested in making right of their mistakes!!They had wantedly shipped the defective item, as the lock of the handle was broken and they neatly chipped off the excess plastic on the handle!( see the images)..I had requested the amazon care to cancel my order, they did accepted my request! Then I immediately ordered the same cooker from “Cloudtail India” we can blindly go with this seller.. As expected the cooker received in new and untouched condition, the whistle cover isn’t teared off and there were no damages to handles nor to body at all😊😎🥳Lesson no.1: never order things from other vendors when trustworthy vendors are there.Lesson no.2: If defective or non functional item received, just opt for return option but not the replacement! It’s not 3 Ltrs as claimed by the company. It’s just 2.5 , otherwise the product is absolutely fine.
