What size of wire do I need to install these lights?

Mine mechanic did the hard wiring so I am not sure what size he used to be honest

Is this same kit sold with all the wiring as well?

No it's not. That's sold separately or just make up your own. I just buy a trailer wiring kit and use them as it's long enough for most vehicles and color coded

Does this combo package come with the wiring harness?

No harness. Just red and black bare wires.

Will these work on a 24v system?

More than likely no. As a suggestion, if you have a 24-volt system and want to use 12-volt accessories, use a Voltage Step down Converter. I have done this for other applications (bought the Step-down Converter on Amazon) and everything works well.
