Incredible tent for the money!
My two sons and I packed this tent several miles into the mountains and spent two weeks. We had some rain and wind with moderate temperatures. We don’t use a heater in the tent and it was very comfortable even with a couple of nights of below freezing temperatures. We use military surplus ecws sleeping bags and insulated pads. The tent is very easy to set up and very sturdy. I use better stakes than the ones it comes with. The floor is pretty lightweight but we were able to prepare a good clean spot for setup and didn’t experience any punctures or tears. The vestibule was great for keeping our boots in the dry.The size and weight of this tent is excellent and the three of us had plenty of room for our sleeping gear and our packs. We didn’t have much condensation on the ceiling with the vents open.I highly recommend this tent to anyone that needs a true 4 season backpacking tent.

Fantastic 4 Season Tent at a Great Price
This is a great tent!!! Took it out on a Boy Scout camping trip last weekend an it performed great in the rain and wind. Absolutely no leaks and I stayed nice an warm inside. In fact too warm, I had to open up the venting to let some heat out during the night. Easy 1 person setup, 15min, and plenty of room inside. Zippers and material are both high quality with the fabric seeming to be very durable, poles are also strong/durable. One thing I didn't get from the description (I guess I overlooked it) was that it actually has two doors, with a large vestibule in front and a smallish one in back (could hold a pack, boots, maybe two small packs). There is some small venting at the top, but both doors have full door screens if desired. Like all tents cut the number of folks by half when you start including gear, but I could definitely see this sleeping 6 w/o any gear in the tent (I was solo so space definitely wasn't an issue for me on this trip). What I loved most about this tent is that it's a 4 season tent I can stand up in. I'm 5'8" and there was plenty of headroom and without any need for a lot of ducking bending while inside. I don't see myself using it a lot this summer (too warm even with the full screens in both doors, but I can't wait to get back into it this fall and winter. And you can't beat this price! Well done Moose Country!

Very 4 season nothing to complain about.
Base 6 is bigger than i think we need but wife likes she can stand up and has room to change clothes without getting on queen mattress. Its not much heavier or bulkier than base 4 so in the end i am pleased with the size. Wish vestibule was larger but it works so not a complaint. The floor is not the cheap plastic tarp which feels great and probably responsible for some weight savings and helps when rolling up into a compact log. Plenty of stash points inside. Very wind resistant without vestibule yet easy to vent. A lot of big tents cant be picked up to shake out the dirt. This one you can which is a + in my book. Easy to put up & take down even in the wind. Probably the best tent ive had and there has been many. I cant speak to longevity but short of a larger vestibule area for storring packs this is about perfect. Checks all the boxes for what i want. At 10lbs its heavy and takes up considerable space in a pack for just us two BUT its lighter and smaller than our ultra cumphy queen matress so for luxury backpacking the size and weight is a bargan. For car camping this is smaller than most again a +.

Very light, good internal height, reasonable price.
Weight was very important as we used this tent in the BWCA where we carry/portage every ounce of gear that we bring. We camped in the Moose Country Gear Base Camp tent in mid-Sep 2019 during which we experienced 3 straight days of heavy rain and strong winds. We were pinned down inside our tent for many hours of each day. The inside height allowed us to bring our camp chairs inside and sit upright off the ground. The water shedding performance was better than I expected. The rain fly extends very low and kept the inside completely dry, with a strategically placed plastic sheet beneath. One minor improvement I'd recommend is to add a few gussets on the sides for guy lines to separate the fly from the tent. I plan to make this modification to mine. I also recommend bringing several more substantial stakes (I did); the ones provided were just small bent aluminum wires.Consider this as 4 adult tent, not 6 unless you're camping with 4 small children.Overall, I consider this to be a quality tent and a good value.

width and height is perfect for us
The length, width and height is perfect for us. I’m 5’6 and had plenty of headroom. The first night camping in the mountains a cold front came in with a lot of strong wind. The sides of the tent didn’t move. The temperature dropped into the mid twenties and with two adults no condensation on the inside walls of the tent. We loved it and had three other campers stop to look at it.

Nice tent so far.
The tent showed up on time and appears to be well made. I have not used it in the field yet so I can't say much more than that.
