Good for the muscles
I give it a 5 star, as it really help with my tired muscle and easy on the stomach. I'm hoping it's helping with the old bones too. I will buy again.

Bone Strength
I’m not sure how well these are working, but I have less pain than when I started taking them. I will have to wait until I get another test on my bones to see if they’re working or not.

I researched various calcium and vitamin D supplements. These stood out for both price and little to no fillers. I have only taken these for a month and have not noticed any change in the way I feel. From what I read it may take 12 weeks to feel a difference. I would like to review after 3 months. Hard to give a review now.
