Good quality, Breathable and nice fit. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a ski mask or face protection. Cheap as well and comes in same day or next day.

An average balaclava. Inexpensive. Simply a sheer material, no fleece. Wore at Whiteface in Lake Placid temp was 6 degrees F. Felt comfortable under helmet and kept face/head/ears warm as it captures warm breath and could breathe just fine. Only drawback was it felt a little too loose and roomy for my average sized head and face. Wish it was a little more form fitting and snug as some cold air while skiing can sneak in gaps around face opening.

the bad reviews are people who bought a 100% polyester shell for snowboarding or as a means to stay warm, which is honestly just their error in thinking this product would provide that.For the correct use, this is a good choice. Probably still wear sunscreen under this thing, but for blocking the sun from your face and being breathable in hot weather, its a good choice.You can even wear glasses with this and they dont fog up barely at all because of how breathable this is.If youre going to make a purchase for a balaclava to keep you warm, just purchase a merino wool buff.
