PreenLawn Weed Control - 10 lb. Bag - Covers 5,000 sq. ft.

This thing works wonders. I am never going back to using liquid weed control. I am a novice at lawn care and I wanted to share my learning journey.Weed and feed - the weed and feed products does literally weed and feed. As a result, I find them not effective at weed control especially when my lawn is generally healthy.Liquid weed control - kills everything. My lawn my weed and left me with ugly burnt yellow patches on my lawn.This weed control (this very product) was a game changer. Within 2 weeks all (almost all) the weeds in my lawn were gone and no yellow patches and my grass were growing healthily.One caveat though - I spread the entire bag of this (meant for 5000sq feet) on my 2000 sq ft lawn and I spread it right at the start of the rain season where it rained daily for a week. However when the sun did come up, all my weeds literally disappeared.I can’t recommend this product enough and will definitely be purchasing this annually for my lawn.

I use it in the spring, summer and fall, and notice within a couple of weeks that almost all the young weeds are dying off. Per the instructions, it does NOT kill established weeds.

I have these wild strawberries taking over a section of my lawn. I’ve tried other products but with zero success. I don’t want to kill the entire lawn with roundup. Preen is advertised to work on the wild strawberry. Bought some and applied it as directed. Took a few weeks but it appears to be working. It looks patchy but that could have been my casting fault. At this rate in the summer I won’t bother putting down more but I’ll definitely use Preen next spring

I used this and I swear I could hear the weeds laughing. Then rejoicing like I had just fed them the best food ever. Product did not kill the weeds in the lawn at all. I will have to use something else.....what a waste of money this one was.

I used this product to be semi environmentally conscious. Typical most weed and feed products work very well at killing weeds and adding nutrients. To be more green I figured this year I would just try to kill the weeds. This product worked ok. It stopped the mass production of weeds in the yard but only killed about 60% of existing weeds. I may go back to weed and feed.

This is not just a good product, but it is provided by an excellent vendor - Bundle Stop. The delivery of the product was done in a timely manner and the vendor was able to answer additional questions about lawn maintenance.

Had to use this when the weed and feed I put down didn't quite take care of all the weeds. It took a couple of weeks, but the results were great - it went right after any remaining weeds I had. I love that you can apply this anytime, no worries about timing like you have with weed and feed.

I used this product last year on my lawn and it killed all the weed. I bought it again this year and it did not kill any weed. Instead, the weed multiplied and grew better. It seemed to have given them new life. Furthermore, the bag the product came in was ripped and it spilled all over the box it arrived in. I curse every time I look at my lawn. The weed are looking lush while my grass can't even grow out. I do not know if it is the fault of the product or the weed are resistant to it. All I know is that, this time, the product failed woefully. Buy at your own risk!
