Joytech Xbox 360 Media Remote Control (Xbox 360)

Hi there. This remote is working fine, it`s not so comfortable in hand (wide a little bit), but this is a remote control, not a joystick to be so comfortable in hand. Delivery was in 2 days,for me it is good. Now i can play Forza with my music and change tracks without stoping race(works with dvd movie too).I think this product is good.Update - 19/08/2010Stoped working without any reason. Have changed batteries, hit ones or twice but nothing hapend, so it is dead now. I was using it very carefully and really liked it, the price was very good (especially now), will buy one again.

Despite this being a cheap product it works very well and is just as good as the official Microsoft version, but at a fraction of the price. You do have to aim the remote at the xbox, unlike wireless controllers, but the range is good enough. This remote allows you to control all the xbox's functions without a controller, ideal for watching dvd's, listening to music and using the sky player and last fm features. All in all this is a very good product and for the money is well worth it.

This remote control really does open up the "media centre" functionality of the Xbox. Because the product uses infra red, it doesn't go to sleep like the regular controllers do and this makes it far more useful as a remote control for watching DVDs, movies from a USB memory stick and online media such as BBC iPlayer, 4OD and LOVEFiLM. This remote control has revolutionised how I use my xbox and how i consume media. I can't recommend it enough!!

Came on time and good product

saves my controllers battery massively, as I use my 360 for lovefilms and nowtv most of the day. Its a nice looking and easy to use gadget - good value too.

bit rubbish really- poor signal strength etc- better off going for the slightly pricier microsoft original or just sticking to a joypad?

It's physically a wide controller, so unless you've got big hands, it's a little awkward to hold whilst trying to press buttons; That said, it's cheap and it works; What more could you really ask for?
