Classical Guitar, Mariachi or Ukulele Strap with Adjustable Length Neck Loop and No-Mar J Hook

I wanted a simple, inexpensive strap for my classical (Yamaha CG-TA)) guitar and that is what I got. Nothing pretty about it but it does what it is supposed to do. Didn't have any problem with the plastic hook fitting on the sound hole or with it being long enough, unless you play a classical guitar while holding it below your waist! Haven't had it very long so I can't attest to it's durability but I don't play the Yamaha all the time anyway and when I practice I sit down and don't need the strap. It feels OK around my neck; I wasn't expecting a plush and super comfortable strap. I would recommend this for someone who wants a very basic strap at low price.

Easily adjustable and comfortable overall. Doesn't cut into your neck like the plastic neck straps. Have used with a Ukelele and an Acoustic and Classical guitar.

This is simple, light and works absolutely perfect fit for my baritone uke. The absolute only reason I gave it 4 stars is the price does not equal the quality. I really wanted to give it another star. Hope it lasts cause I do like it. Maybe I would by 2 at 7.00 each but not $10 each. Or maybe ill just get another one anyway. They’er very light and comfortable.

This strap is better suited for a 1/2 or smaller guitar. It does work with my full-sized Cordoba C3M. The adjusting plate rests against bottom side of the guitar and could cause an impression on the wood. The plastic hook has rough edges and is a very tight fit on the sound hole. It can be smoothed out with a Emory board. The neck strap is a soft artificial leather and is poorly constructed with glue. But for the price it's okay. I will file down the hook and let the children use it on their 1/2 sized Yamaha student guitar. The neck strap is a little uncomfortable on the skin, but doesn't bother me if I position it across my shirt collar. I purchased this same D'Andrea GS1200 Classical Guitar Strap in Prescott AZ at TOPP's guitar shop for under $9 and it's so much better. The packaging says USA. This one on Amazon is much poorer quality and different materials.

This is the second one I purchase for my full size classical guitar. I thought the first one was defective, it lasted about a month of regular playing until it broke. The hook is held up by a staple that gives out very quickly. (My second strap only lasted one time of playing). I think this is only suited for ukulele, not bigger size guitars. Even half size guitars may seem to heavy.

I'm a verified buyer and I've been playing for fifty years. Left my last one of these somewhere on the road last month. Ordered this. Got it in two days. I'll use it tonight. It's perfect to hook in a classical sound hole. The 2023 model is every bit as good as the one I got forty years ago and left behind. Buy this.

Now I have plenty of space for photos, documents, and all kinds of stuff on my phone.

I was so happy with this for about an hour until the useless crimps failed resulting in my pride and joy slamming straight onto the tile floor, now scratched and dented. Do not recommend!
