Beware of Medmart
Never buy a medmart product. Their customer service is terrible and they do not stand behind their products. Very kind until they have your money and then.... I purchased a $815 shower chair. The design is defective. I opened the box the morning after delivery and had someone assemble it. I used it ONCE. You can see the attached photos of my arm and hand. I called the customer service rep who I had talked to when purchasing--Darrel Flunker. He wanted nothing to do with me. I sent pictures of my hand and arm. He wouldn't reply!

Very expensive and the two little parts shown in the photo were not in the package.
