Didn't have it a year and black lines across the screen and sits if and restarts. Pice of crap tv.

18 months and this TV died.

I really am happy with my purchase! My room is a tad sunny, so there are times when it could be better.... BUT this is just motivation for me to only watch TV during the afternoon/at night (so that I do work around the house, lol).Movers were nice. I'm not sexist, but I felt bad because I have a lot of stairs and one of the movers were a petite woman and I could tell she was struggling and sorta dragged the TV along the steps at one point. I freaked out in my head, but luckily the packaging, Styrofoam, etc., was all good --- the TV was fine. Others I know would freak out on them. I did offer to help! But again - super polite. Happy happy!

Was disappointed when my tv came and was broken. But when I called it was immediately replaced by a new one 2 days later. Me and my kids are looking the tv now, don’t regret buying and the price was fair as well.

The performance of the TV is very good, but I don't find the software and remote to be very user friendly. In trying to initially set the TV, you have the option of using the remote and following screen commands or downloading an app and using your cell phone. I tried the remote and screen command, and fell into a glitch loop during step 4 (of 5) that wouldn't let me finish. After 2 hours of both chatting on line and telephone assistance, the help line decided that I needed a technician on site but we conveniently got disconnected while she set that up. The following day, we tried downloading the phone app, and that actually worked in no more than 5 minutes. Although we will keep this product now, I would not repurchase it.

I have Samsung tv, sound bar and bluray. You still need a remote for each. There is a small delay so you can't adjust enough to eliminate it entirely.

I think I got a Lemon TV. No matter what when I go to turn the tv on it will not connect to the internet. I have to reset network and put in password like 2-5 times before it will connect. It’s so damn frustrating. I love Samsung but this model is junk. Buy another one.

This TV has a really easy time picking up the land line cable signal from my home, the TVs I was replacing would only pick up a fraction of the channels. It also had a surprising list of Samsung channels available, as well. It has a really user friendly setup process, it's easier if you have a laptop, or smartphone with you so you can activate the specific sites they need you to verify yourself from.
