3/4 survived. The last one I didn't plant soon enough.The plants came with some blackness around the stems, which one of them succumbed to. However, 3/4 of them survived through this, and they are thriving now.Need sunlight. need consistent watering for first couple days maybe weeks. Other than that, GOOD PLANTS! didn't need to drive to a big box store to find them. I'm happy.

Plants were diseased and nearly dead. Not sure if I can bring them back to life. Poor quality. Wont order from them again. I’m not sure why they would feel comfortable sending plants in that bad of condition.

The media could not be loaded. These pineapple sage plants arrived in amazing condition! Each one was carefully packaged with a protective plastic dome that kept the plant secured during shipping. No jostling, no sad surprises. The roots were healthy and not overly wet. The stems were intact with only minimal breakage and there was zero drooping. They looked like they had just come off the nursery bench, not traveled in a box! They were a healthy green and had a wonderful citrusy scent. I'm thoroughly impressed with the quality and care taken in shipping. Herbsolutely fantastic!

These products (8) were not what I ordered. As soon as they were removed from the boxes, they started turning brown. I have bought tons of Bonnie products. First time shipped , because I could not find these anywhere else. I'm an avid gardener, also pretty good at reviving plants. It's been almost a week and they look awful, no new growth, and lots of brown!

Plants are healthy and the shipping packages are excellent.

I was initially impressed by the packaging and my initial impression of healthy green little plants upon immediately unpacking these little plants as soon as they were delivered. After liberally watering I placed them outside planning to transplant next day. The next day I was dismayed to find all 4 plants with 40% brown/ completely withered leaves. I live in the southwest so temps are warm but still mild. Instead of transplanting I've added worm cast soil and a bit of coco coir to top as mulch, watering daily and am happy to report all 4 are making a comeback. I hope to update this post after transplanting but I would advise close care for these delicate and sensitive plants.

The packaging was very well planned, but the plastic containers didn’t stay attached during shipment. They plants arrived very dry, brown and wilted. I’m pretty sure they are going to die.

These arrived in terrible shape! I don’t know if they were frozen or what. But I have followed the customer support route and have been trying to raise a response from Bonnie plants for over a week now.They also seem to have been overwatered.My problem is, I need a refund for at least 2 of them. They are all dying now though, by the time Bonnie responds they might all be dead. I am afraid to plant them outside until this is resolved.Update: for unknown reasons, after many ticket submissions and attempts to contact customer support, suddenly I got an email from a Real Person! This was after 30 days+ of trying. I did mention my Amazon review so not sure if that helped. Anyhow, they replaced all 4 plants and the plants only took two days to arrive this time. The plants look great! See my last photo.Also, I thought I would be getting some helpful instructions in the box about sun exposure etc. and that was not there.
