An envelope was not included - I wanted to mail it - had to find an envelope large enough

I’ve ordered this Piccadilly anniversary card TWICE and both times it was delivered with no envelope. Very disappointed and I will never order from this company again.

How do you send a card when you don't get an envelope for it?
