New Cat Condos Premier Large Cat Play Tree

This is by far the best cat condo I have ever seen or owned. It is made of sturdy real wood! It does not shake like most cat condos do when the cats jump on it. The carpet is real luxurious carpet. The design is clever and it looks very nice in our home. I have 2 cats and they both fit curled up in the top bed. They even screwed in the screws to start them in the exact spot you needed to finish which was only the side bed and top bed. The rest comes already put together. We had it together in 2 minutes. You can tell these are hand made and made to order as the carpet was freshly cut and the wood was bright and new. I am almost considering buying another on of these. Also it does not take up large amount of room. Thanks to all that made it! It's the BEST! It is even better than the picture and the picture is great too. Anyone wanting a cat condo this one is worth every penny in comparison to others for this price. I am pretty sure this one will last a lifetime.I actually was going to buy one or two more of these but in less than a month the price has gone from 104.00 to 155.00. Now I know this does not take away from the quality of the product at all because it is awesome but now I will not be able to purchase another one or two unless the price goes down somewhere close to what I paid for the one I do have less than 2 weeks ago. Why the price hike? by 50% in less than 2 weeks? I think you will sell more than not so many at all if the price keeps going up. I was going to be buying again today but now I can't. Glad I at least got the one at the right price because it is great!

Amazon's Prime delivery fail, and Amazon's poor coordination and communication aside, my cats and I are loving this product. The green carpet featured on the base and platforms arrived in a more a muted shade of green than in the photo, which wasn't a problem. I knew a drill was required for assembly. The screws came partially sunk into two platforms that need to be attached. Putting together is basic. The inside of the vertical "trunk" of the cat tree is made of two beefy solid wood planks joined together. Sturdy Sturdy Sturdy. I have a 16 pound kitty and two 7 pounders. My #16 cat fits beautifully in the top platform, which can also alternately hold two 7 pound cats at once. The lower limb can hold a cat too, though maybe not a gigantic cat. The whimsical presentability Premere Large Cat Play Tree has comes across as somewhat of an art piece. Did I mention THE CAT'S LOVE IT?

It's not a very tall kitty condo, but that was OK. We have tested this on our 19 year old not so active kitty. So far she has liked the top perch, but not used the other ones at all. It's a cute perch for your cat, but not large at all--so wouldn't be a good bet for a very large (over 8 lb) cat.My chief complaint is that the part that looks light in the photo isn't actually light, it is a darker beige color. The other parts look more teal in the photo but they are not. They are more of a forest green color. My husband didn't have much trouble putting it together but didn't have any directions at all for what to do. He guessed, by the picture. He had the top part screwed on all wrong so we had to re-do that part so it was straight. It's a solid piece, that's for sure! In the end, it looks nice, and hope our new kitty who has not yet arrived will love it!

Beautiful cat condo tree! This is the second New Cat tree that I have bought from Amazon. The cat trees are heavy, they won't fall over when my cat jumps on them. Made with carpet, real wood and made in U.S.A. which is important when I am shopping for my cat's.This New Cat Condo was for my kitty Candy who now rules the home of my 6 cat's. She was so excited when she saw the box, climbing all over it, when she saw the unassembled tree she climbed on, she loved it, then jumped down and ran around the room!Assembly was a breeze. About 15 minutes (13 minutes for my husband to stare) to screw in top perch.There are side pieces for climbing? But the angle and placement seems a bit off. My cat's jump to the lower bed then climb higher or jump from one tree to another tree I have.The only negative, and really it is something everyone should do when we get new items for our children, run your hands around the perch's, trunk, anywhere kitty could get her claw caught on a loose staple and pull it out! It is a disaster waiting to happen!

I bought the condo for my first cat in 2016 November and he still uses. It loves it and is a 17 pound cat it’s never tipped over he jumps to it. He lays in it. He watches the birds it is constructed extremely well and the materials have held up with two cats. I would recommend it to anybody and if I could get another one, I would.

I bought it because of the unique look and claim of quality in the description. I have to return it because it will not assemble. The bolt protruding from the top piece is not long enough to engage the socket in the base. Having handled it plenty while trying to assemble it, I am happy to get rid of it, because the described quality of the carpet and materials was not true. The carpet is thin, not soft, and provides no padding. The instructions in the box were from the manufacturer, who is not affiliated at all with this seller on Amazon, so when you want to return this piece of junk, you will be paying return postage. Unless the Made in USA claim was a flat out lie, the nation should be embarrassed.

I've bought three of these now - cat-loving friends fall in love with mine and have to have one! They have become a favorite perching place in all three households. In addition to being cute, it has the right combination of tall, skinny, and sturdy for my small room with high windows. It is narrow enough to fit, but heavy enough that the cats don't knock it over when they leap from the next chair over rather than climbing up the tree itself.
