NOCS NS500-002 Earphones with Remote and Microphone, Silver/White

The different sized ears tips weren't sorted, just dropped into the pouch so I had to figure which ones were pairs and they were not visibly labeled so I can't be sure if I got it correct. Right out the box they were noticeably scratched and chipped, not outrageously but I noticed them right away. Audio turns into static or cuts off in one ear phone when the 3.5mm plug rotates just a little bit.

The titanium NS400's blow these out of the water.Not worth it.Poor fit causes poor soundI've had flat cables in the past, these aren't the greatest.

The cable started to fray after 6 months of normal use so I somehow filled out the company's warranty form and followed the instructions. A month after sending my earbuds back to Sweden I get an email saying they're not going to honor their one year warranty because the cable was sticky from the electrical tape I put on to prevent further fraying. Even if these are ok earphones the customer service is horrible so you should just buy something else.

Have had these several months now. My problem was that headphones broke at the connector. Happy to say with the angled connector, these have lasted. The sound is great - really happy with them.Only thing I don't like is that the opening of them means 3rd party tips like Comply ones don't fit. They're a unique size. I don't know what would happen if I lost the silicon tips - there doesn't seem to be an easy replacement.

I bought these to replace the Apple standard ones which always fall out. Sadly, these aren't much better. The clip helps, but still they fall out when just walking. I've tried all the silicone sizes provided, but none seem quite right. Otherwise the headphones are good: the sound quality is nice and clean (good for acoustic / vocals rather than bass), the ribbon cable does avoid tangles, the pouch adequate, and the buttons integrate fine with my iPhone.

Very disappointed with the bass. I rejected the first set, thinking they were faulty, but the second set, even after having carefully run them in, proved to have the same lack of bass. They did not even have the same sound qualities as the standard headphones that come with an iPhone. I do not understand why they received such good reviews in the press.

I was a little reluctant to spend this much on headphones but I am really glad I did. The sound is good, they are comfortable and, as I use them on London's noisy Tube a lot, they do a good job of dulling the outside noise. So much better than my previous ear bud headphones.

Disappointed. I expected much more from these, but even after burning in, the sound was harsh. I persevered, thinking they needed more burning in, but the sound didn't get any better. None of the smoothness or detail came through and I tried them with a variety of tips.
