excellent book, original and loads of information, so good I've bought 2 more for gifts

Unless you wnat to eat unusual foods / do a degree in Food Science, don't bother!!

Not really a plan more descriptive essay on what we need in our diet, I don’t really call 2 pages out of a whole book a plan

Some recipes in this book are off

Will be put to good use!
I was excited to get this! The first part of the book has a lot of beneficial information, so be sure to not skip over that. The menu/meal plans are laid out excellent depending on what diet would best fit your ailment. The author did a great job simplifying this! (see image) The recipes, I notice do have a few items that I will need to visit a Sprouts etc. to find but no biggie for me.

Not worth it
I purchased this hoping to get lots of recipes but unfortunately that is not the case. If you want to know why you should be following a diet plan then get the book but not for recipes

These books changed my life! My eczema is gone!!!! I can’t say enough good things!

Not Enough Substance for the Price
I bought a pre-owned copy that is in good shape with a few highlighted areas. If the author weren’t so likable I’d be returning this book. Just not enough substance to be a value for almost $20. A very thin book with information that can be had for free with basic searching skills. The photographs are nice, I’ll give it that.
