Just what I needed for school

I was assigned this book for a class and I admit I had put off reading it. However, I did start to read it when I went on my latest vacation to Central America. When I started reading the book, I was a little turned off because I thought it was filled with a lot of common sense. However, as I continued to read and continued to travel, the book really started to resonate with me. It's a great read for someone traveling somewhere a bit off the beaten path or a bit outside of your comfort zone, and reminds you to be observant throughout your travels and really appreciate traveling to new places and meeting new people.
