does this come with a ridge line to hang the net or do you to make your own?

It does have a ridgeline. It's too short to be used to keep the net off the top of the hammock. It is just long enough to hook to the carabiners.

Does this work for the double nest??

I find it does! Now, I have not had 2 humans in the double nest and utilized the bug net. It works and covers for me (5'2" 110lbs) and my golden retriever.

Does anyone know if this is long enough for the Grand Trunk single and double hammocks (Grand Hammocks are about a foot longer than the ENO hammocks)?

No. I have a Grand Trunk Single, and when this bug net goes around at least 4-6 of the hammock sticks outside of the netting. Once you're inside of the hammock it allows two small gaps where the netting does not met the end of the hammock. I mean, it will still serve its purpose, but I wouldn't call it 100%.

Will this fit a 11 foot hammock?

The dimensions of this are 9’4” x 4’3” / 2.8m x 1.3m.
