Dry… is it normal?/ they send a new one in perfect condition!
I have no idea how this have to look, but it seems to me PRETTY DRY, how to add moisture? I know is not water base… I cannot find information on this respect…the thing is, I threw away the package and not sure I can return itUPDATE! The company was very kind and sent a replacement which came in perfect condition! Thank you!

Use two different colors for great effects.
Initially, I had a tough time with this. Adhering it to an old tin Moroccan lantern. The key is applying it in small amounts in small areas. Apply as evenly as you can and then allow to dry completely. Don't keep going over it while it's freshly applied. Also, I bought the Gold and when finished it was much too bright. I then bought the Iced Espresso and applied that over the Gold. Wow! Amazing results. The Gold shines through the Iced Espresso creating an authentic glow of real Brass. Exactly what I wanted! After everything is completely dry THEN you can lightly buff it all out for yet more glow.One other tip; dip an old sock into the pod and smear it all over the inside of the lid. In other words, turn the lid upside down and smear the product all over the inside of the lid. Then, dip your sock into THAT as needed. It seems to work better than dipping right into the pod of product itself.

Great product with great results
This stuff is really cool, and a little bit goes a very long way! I have never used luster wax before and didnt know what to expect, its like a super thick paint with fantastic results. I got a kitschy turtle lamp for free and decided it would look a lot better in gold (it was gray) and i am so pleased with the results! I've attached photos of my project, the texture of the lamp was from its previous paintjob so all of those brush strokes and little bumps were already there, and from afar it has a nice brushed metal appearance. I used 2 coats. I'm eager to try it on a smoother surface for a shinier effect

Poor product, poor customer service from the maker
Product is dried out and lumpy, not a smooth gilding wax - asked the Amazon seller if there was a way to make it smooth again, got this response: Dear Valued Customer,You have an order that is fulfilled by amazon (FBA) not by us so please contact amazon they will resolve it for you.Best Regards,Customer Satisfaction Team
