Egg Pan
I was looking for a good egg pan. I was tired of my eggs. Sticking but this pan they slide right off. It is heavier than I am used to but it is built really well. So far I has stayed flat I cook on medium. I have not had any scratches but I have not used metal in it.

Best non-stick pan
I have used non stick pans every day for years. I’m about ready to replace my 4 yr old All clad 12” non stick with a le creuset of the same size. I’ve used this new pan every day since I got it, and it’s proving to be superior to my all clad. Hopefully it will outlast the all clad as well as outperform.

Great pan. Must buy same brand matching lid, however
Be sure to follow directions for first time cleaning before use stated in the included booklet. The sides of the pan do not match standard lids so one must purchase the additional matching lid. As long as one avoids using any metal utensils, this pan should last a very long time. I would recommend this pan to all. Thank you,

Works Perfectly
I decided to invest in a good qualitypan I knew would last. There is so much to love about this Le Creuset pan. It heats evenly and holds the heat well. It's still as beautifully nonstick as it was the day I got it, even after months of daily use. Clean up is easy, and the pan is heavy enough it doesn't warp. I would recommend to anyone.
