I’ve been having a cup every morning and sometimes after lunch, and wow 🤩 I keep getting compliments that I look slimmer and I think it’s this incredible blend!So far, it’s working well. I like the flavor and blend is nice too and not too overpowering. As for its health benefits, I think this one takes a few cups to notice a difference. Another milk thistle brand I was using had me use the restroom multiple times a day, which was really nice, but too expensive. This one takes a few days and best when paired with other fiber foods. Unfortunately, it does not soothe my bloating, which I was hopeful about. I also tried reusing the same bag, it’s good up until second cup use. Nothing past that. If so, there’s no flavor.

Definitely recommend this tea to help with water retention. I love it. It works great just like it say, has a good texture. Great health benefits . Great price .

I love this liver detox tea! Unlike others I’ve tried, the flavor is smooth and refreshing — no bitterness at all. I've been drinking it daily and noticed better digestion and less bloating.It feels good knowing I’m supporting my liver while enjoying every sip. Definitely a new favorite!
