What is the length including wheels and handle please

Hello, we appreciate your question. The overall dimensions are 22” H x 14” L x 9”-11” D (includes wheels). The top and side handle are flexible and can be pushed down flat and are not included in the overall dimensions listed. They would add a little less than 1-inch to the height and length though when not pushed down. Hope this helps!

Would this fit a 15.3 inch laptop?

It would be a tight fit. I own a MacBook 13 in and it fits beautifully. The front zippered pocket is roomy for an iPad.

Does this come in black?

Yes, the bag is black and the zippers are gold. The zippers stand out so that makes it easy to spot at the airport carousel.
