100 NACET STAINLESS Double Edge Razor Blades Review: SMOOTHEST SHAVING BLADES - In sharpness this DE blades are notch below feather blades. In terms of smoothness they are the best blades available. One blade last for a minimum of five to six smooth shaves. Best value for money product in long run. This blades are great combination with mild razors like Edwin jagger, merkur & feather TTO. Review: Super sharp and smooth - Shave with cold water splash No pre shave Used Romer 7 Shivira (balanced to medium aggressive close comb) with Gillette Nacet - outstanding combination (for me). Nacet blade is super sharp and gets smoother after the first pass. The sharpness is close to a feather but not as harsh. I did not find it piercing as Gillette black does for me (which I am not too fond of). In fact, Nacet seems to be a matured version of Gillette 365 or Gillette thin which are also thin blades (similar to Nacet). Considering how well Shivira clasps a blade, it was charming to see the blade bend so much post the shave. I find both Gillette 365 and Gillette thin durable blades. Nacet could be one too for me. u/sgrdddy Nemo Damascena shaving soap (Rose + Saffron) applied using a Yaqi Mojito shaving brush (natural - which smells of a warm rose now :)) - face lather First pass with - with the grain Second pass with - across the grain Alum (zilch but I could feel shave burn on one spot on the left cheek - good thing I did not use an alcohol based lotion today - it could have been a "Kevin burn") Post shave included application of Nemo Damascena gold after shave lotion (Rose + Witch hazel) An crisp shave!
