This is a great product so much better than the apple cider shots. I have been taking 2 gummies in the morning after breakfast and I have noticed a difference. I don’t feel bloated and I have more energy. I have noticed a weight loss too. Great value for money and they don’t have the sharp taste that you get in the shots. Love the taste of these.

These taste great, I bought them for the heath benefits and u was hoping to loose a bit of weight without trying to hard... I've tried everything else. I have to say I've been using for nearly 2 weeks... I have less heartburn, less bloating, feel less hungry and I've lost 4 pounds. I will continue with this brand which were easy to order and delivered quickly.

I ordered these as a last resort to constant bloating after eating. I used to puff up like a balloon. The first day I tried these I did feel less bloated although thought it would be a placebo effect. So the next 4 days I ate 2 gummies and have definitely noticed 80% less bloating around my middle so just for this, I'd keep getting them. Price wise £10 would justify the amount but if you can afford them then get them

Unfortunately as there are only 60 gummies in a pack, it’s hard to see any difference when you’ve only been taking them for less than 2 weeks. To feel the full benefit I would need a supply for at least a month. They do taste nice and delivery was prompt. I did notice that my stools smelt different every day and not in a pleasant way.

Bought these after being recommended for some issues with my kidneys and my energy levels being low.First thing though, these are delicious! They are probably the tastiest gummies I’ve had even comparing them to those meant as sweets. You can taste the apple cider vinegar but if anything it adds to the experience.After about a week I’m seeing some improvement in my energy, also seem to be sleeping better, not sure if it’s connected but who knows? I just know I’ve been getting to sleep earlier and sleeping deeper. Is that an apple cider vinegar thing?At the price I payed (about half of the big brands and cheaper than most by quite some way) it seems very good value and I will be reordering.I would give these a go against any others out there if you want to try apple cider vinegar.

I've only been taking for a couple of weeks so cant say I've noticed a huge difference yet. However I do feel great my skin looks good (I have started using a new skin cream so could be a combination?) Maybe I'm not as bloated? I LOVE the taste I could eat whole jar , I take 2 in the morning, they just taste like sweet jellies I dont get any vinegar taste at all. I will continue and when I've finished the pot I will review again and hopefully want to reorder👍

Really impressed so far. Excellent anti bloating and appetite suppressor. I take one in the morning and then one around snack o clock (for me 3pm ISH) and it sees my through till dinner. Tastes like chewing vinegar, but it is, so wouldn't expect any less. Much easier than caps or drinking it though. Added pomegranate as well which is great for the fellas.
