REUZEL Matte Styling Paste Medium Hold 3.38 oz

I’ve been using the REUZEL Matte Styling Paste for a while now, and it’s easily one of the best styling products I’ve tried. It provides a solid medium hold that lasts all day without making my hair feel stiff or sticky. The matte finish looks natural and adds great texture and fullness, which is perfect for everyday styling. A little goes a long way, and it spreads easily through both dry and slightly damp hair. I’ve been using this for years. It’s the best shaving cream I’ve ever used. Gets a very close shave and I only need to use about a pea size of the product.

Needed to replace my Rusk Paste which is no longer available. This is close in texture and how to apply. Works very well. I use on semi wet hair after shower and hair holds into the next day. Not sticky and does not smell. I really like it

Smells really good I like the scent a lot, a little goes a long way but it also has a very light gloss effect that ends up making your hair greasy, making the "dry" Matte texture run out and lose its strength towards the end of the day

I’m not one of those men consumed with my appearance. My barber recommended I start using product in my hair and this is what he recommended. To be honest I was skeptical. But I have to admit it works fantastic and my wife likes the results. Great hold and the matte finish looks natural. I will definitely keep using this product. Highly recommended.

Ich habe die Reuzel Matte Styling Paste als Alternative zu öl- und wasserbasierten Pomaden gesucht, die ich ebenfalls regelmäßig nutze. Gerade bei dünnerem Haar wollte ich ein Produkt, das Struktur gibt, aber nicht glänzt oder die Haare beschwert. Ich nutze die Paste inzwischen seit mehreren Wochen und bisher ausschließlich im trockenen Haar. Die Anwendung funktioniert sehr unkompliziert: Eine kleine Menge reicht aus, lässt sich gut zwischen den Händen verteilen und anschließend sauber ins Haar einarbeiten. Positiv fällt mir vor allem auf, dass man wirklich nur sehr wenig Produkt benötigt. Die 100 ml dürften dadurch lange halten, was das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für mich deutlich verbessert. Der Halt ist bei meinem Haartyp überraschend stabil. Die Frisur hält bei mir den ganzen Tag, bleibt aber trotzdem nachformbar. Wenn nötig, kann ich mit einem leicht nassen Kamm noch einmal durch die Haare gehen und die Form wieder auffrischen. Das Ergebnis ist tatsächlich matt und nicht nur „weniger glänzend“. Bei dünnem Haar wirkt das für mich besonders vorteilhaft, weil die Haare dadurch etwas voller und griffiger aussehen. Auch beim Auswaschen überzeugt mich die Paste. Sie lässt sich ohne großen Aufwand und ohne spürbare Rückstände aus den Haaren entfernen. Das gilt auch für die Hände nach dem Auftragen. Der Geruch ist aus meiner Sicht angenehm neutral und nicht aufdringlich. Schwächen konnte ich bisher nicht wirklich feststellen. Im Vergleich zu vielen Stylingprodukten aus der Drogerie wirkt die Reuzel Paste auf mich deutlich hochwertiger, besser dosierbar und zuverlässiger im Halt. Produkte, die ich bisher eher vom Friseur kenne, waren teilweise teurer und aus meiner Sicht weniger ergiebig. Fazit: Für dünneres Haar und einen matten, formbaren Look ist die Paste aus meiner Sicht sehr gut geeignet. Besonders überzeugend finde ich die Kombination aus sparsamem Verbrauch, stabilem Halt, natürlichem Matt-Finish und einfacher Auswaschbarkeit. Deshalb sind für mich 5 Sterne gerechtfertigt. This is the exact same product that my barber uses and sells. I love it. It provides a great hold, makes styling easy, and doesn't leave my hair looking greasy or weighed down. I don't use very much of the product in my hair, so one tube lasts a surprisingly long time. I figured I would try sourcing the product from Amazon, as it's a few dollars cheaper than buying it directly from my barber. The product was exactly as expected and arrived in great condition. I'll definitely be ordering it from Amazon again!
