As someone who hates the heat of summer and cannot sleep in it either I thought I'd give these a go , and they've definitely helped.They're nice and compact , not in any way uncomfortable to use , and my personal choice is one on my pillow and one under my back and omg its so nice feeling that cold , and cold that lasts without any watery residue outside. Be advised that it says on the packaging theres no need to refrigerate , but I tried that and the pad actually only stayed cold about maybe 40mins and then the outside felt warm , maybe with the humidity and heat of summer indoors ? , whereas I put the 2 pads in the fridge for 2hrs before bed and they last alot longer , so I would advise refrigerating them rather than not , but dont put in a chest freezer or the gel inside will freeze , although it'll stay colder even longer like that. Definitely a good purchase and worth having for heat relief at night or watching tv.

Lovely and cold after being in the fridge. I use them on a pillow for my feet. Unfortunately my feet get so hot, within an hour or so, they've been warmed by my heat!! They're not comfortable either. However, they do help and I'm getting some relief. Not everyone suffers with red hot feet!!

I was amazed how good these were for the money, I bought another for family members and they are really happy with them. No putting in the fridge as they just work on their own. Brill :)

Great product, done the job well keeping my partner cool overnight - even without being placed in fridge. Can't comment on longevity, quality seems okay albeit thinner and containing less gel then I'd thought.Was sent in its own packaging (no extra box or protection), so whoever handled the item knew what it was and could have easily stolen it, or more easily damaged the item.

No more sleepless nights due to being too hot. This does exactly what it says, it keeps your head cool, and avoids the pillow getting wet from sweating. I would give it 10 stars if that was the option. Well worth the money, and if you put them in the fridge (not the freezer) an hour before going to bed they are even better :)

I don't ont usually leave reviews but this is so good that I feel I need to tell everyone ha. Absolute game changer. I've found the longer its in the fridge, the longer it stays cold. I put these either on top of, or inside of, my pillow cases and I've noticed such a difference with my sleep. They're also useful on hot days, I just sit with one on my back and one on my legs or front - really works with calling me down. Highly recommend.

At first this product did not deliver the coolness described. But, in the past few days it started to work. So, all good.

These pillows have been amazing during this heat wave my daughter has been running a fever so this has helped bring it down also someone recommended putting them in the fridge for a hour or 2 before bed which I have been doing as on their own I don’t think they are that “cold” been helping with my migraines too definitely worth the buy
