Is the handle setup up to use it on different sides to they can be flipped around to expose the working side?

Yes! There are holes on both sides so you can install the handle on either sides. They also provide you with 2 round black stickers to use to cover the holes you don’t use.

Is the wood in the black one darker than the white one? What wood (or veneer) is it? Thank you

The top is definitely not wood. Seemed to be metal but that was the white one. It was returned.

Is the height measurement including the wheels?

Do you have Assemble yourself

Already assembled. You just need to attach the handle and the wheels, but you could leave both off.
